Engaging the whole organization in the Smarter Business Framework
In our decentralized approach, we have developed the Ambassador Group as a means of engaging the whole organization in the Smarter Business Framework. The Ambassador Group is an essential link between the parent company, operative groups, and the group companies.
By having sustainability ambassadors in each operative group who share insights and valuable knowledge, we ensure awareness and implementation of the Smarter Business Framework across the whole organization. Embracer hosts regular meetings with the ambassadors, and this gives us an opportunity to anchor initiatives and ideas with people across the whole group. Today, the Ambassador Group consists of over 50 members representing all operative groups.
