A nomination committee is appointed each year by the major shareholders in accordance with the principles for principles for appointment of nomination committee adopted by the annual general meeting held on 21 September 2023.
The tasks of the Nomination Committee
The main task of the nomination committee is to propose board members for election at the annual general meeting, and as applicable, the extra general meeting.
The nomination committee also prepares the following proposals:
In addition, the committee must consider the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, including the independence rules applicable to the board of directors and its committees.
Information about the members of the nomination committee
Per Fredriksson (Lars Wingefors AB)
Management consultant and novelist. Managing Director of the Wingefors Group from 2009 to 2015. Previously 30 years of executive management experience in finance, IT, pulp & paper and cleantech. Furthermore, Per has 25 years’ experience chairing boards in private organizations and the public sector.
Ola Åhman (Savvy Games Group)
Partner at the law firm Hammarskiöld. He has over 25 years of experience within capital markets law and is one of the leading lawyers in Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets. Ola is a member of the Swedish Securities Council and has previously been a research fellow and teacher at Uppsala University, where he obtained a PhD in civil law in 1997.
Magnus Tell (Alecta)
Magnus was appointed Head of Equities at Alecta Tjänstepension in November 2023. Magnus has 25 years of experience in the financial industry and most recently worked at the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3) where he held positions for 10 years as a fund manager, a member of the fund’s investment committee, Head of the Equity Group, and gained experience with owner-led nomination committees. Prior to that, Magnus was a partner and responsible for the Nordic strategy product within the analysis department at ABG Sundal Collier, a strategist at Deutsche Bank in London and New York, and a fund manager at the multi-strategy fund Arrowgrass plc in London.
Andreas Wollheim, (SEB Asset Management)
Andreas has been Head of Equities at SEB Asset Management since 2021. Andreas is responsible for the management of the fundamental equity funds. He has previously held roles at the Swedish First AP Fund, HSBC and Handelsbanken. Andreas has been active in the financial sector since 1998.
Erik Granström (Folksam)
Erik has over 10 years’ experience in the financial sector and has worked with corporate governance in Folksam’s asset management team since 2020. Prior to that, he spent five years at Nasdaq Stockholm and three years as a consultant in financial communication.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee are welcome to contact the nomination committee. Proposals shall be submitted in due time before the annual general meeting 2026 to ensure that the proposals can be considered.
