In our decentralized approach, we have developed the Ambassador Group as a way of engaging the whole organization in the Smarter Business Framework. By having sustainability ambassadors in each operative group who share insights and valuable knowledge, we ensure awareness and implementation of the framework across the whole organization. Embracer hosts regular meetings with the ambassadors, and this gives us an opportunity to anchor initiatives and ideas with people across the whole group. Today, the group consists of almost 40 members representing all Operative Groups. The Ambassador Group
