Safe In Our World

In May 2020, we partnered with Safe in Our World, an initiative that raises mental health awareness. Our group is growing, and with size comes responsibility. Our employees are our greatest asset and by committing to Safe in Our World, we can offer our subsidiaries and their employees training and other support to manage and prevent mental health issues. Women in games

In February 2022, Embracer Group joined Women in Games as Corporate Ambassador. At Embracer Group, we engage thousands of people in our companies worldwide and many more through our games. For us, it does not matter who you are, where you come from, what you look like, or what games you love.

We advocate diversity because we know that diversity will ensure a greater variety of perspectives and competencies. This creates a better working environment for everyone and contributes to securing our business’ future. Gender equality and fair working conditions are of the highest priority for us.

We welcome initiatives that contribute to an improvement and change in the industry. We are delighted to collaborate with Women in Games and their efforts to create an equal playing field where everyone is welcome. Their valuable knowledge and available tools reinforce what we are already doing and will be a part of our continued commitment to supporting women in the industry.

Solvatten

We are proud to support Solvatten, a Swedish solution to provide people living in developing countries with safe and hot water in a portable, environmentally friendly way. Solvatten is a combined portable water treatment and water heating system that has been designed for off-grid household use in the developing world.

Solvatten has an average lifespan of 7-10 years, essential during the first years of life when children are most susceptible to waterborne diseases.

We chose Solvatten to compensate for our CO2 emissions for Fiscal Year 20/21. Additional support was added from Q1 of Fiscal Year 21/22: every time a new employee joins Embracer Group, we pledge that Solvatten ensures that one more person accesses safe and hot water through their innovative solution.
