The board of directors of Embracer Group AB has resolved to repurchase B shares of up to SEK 500 million under the 2025 AGM mandate. The program is running from 19 September to 2 December 2025, at the latest, with weekly updates provided.
Embracer Group is a global group of creative and entrepreneurial businesses in PC, console and mobile games, as well as other related media. The Group has an extensive catalog of over 450 owned or controlled franchises.
