Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group

The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer Group”) has increased due to shares issued in connection with payments of earn out consideration. The number of B shares and votes has increased by 773,374 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,875,998.09.

As of 31 October 2024, the number of shares in Embracer Group therefore amounts to 1,350,718,237, of which 54,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 1,296,718,237 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 31 October 2024 is 1,836,718,237.

As of 31 October 2024, Embracer Group hold 129,445 own B shares.
