The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer Group”) has increased due to share issues due to payments in connection with acquisitions. The number of B shares and votes has increased by 211,160 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,748,568.65.
As of 31 January 2023, the number of shares in Embracer Group amounts to 1,258,969,118, of which 66,798,274 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 1,192,170,844 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 31 January 2023 is 1,860,153,584.
As of 31 January 2023, Embracer Group does not hold any own shares.
