Klemens Kundratitz will remain in his position as CEO of Koch Media Group, a fully owned subsidiary to THQ Nordic AB (publ). The shares that have now been sold are part of the payment to Franz Koch and Klemens Kundratitz for the acquisition of Koch Media Group by THQ Nordic AB (publ). After the transaction, Koch Media Holding GmbH owns 375,976 shares in THQ Nordic AB (publ).
The buyers of the shares are five institutional investors that have expressed a long-term commitment in the holding. The transaction was performed on June 3, 2019.
