Regulatory approvals obtained for the divestment of Easybrain

On 14 November 2024, Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) entered into an agreement to divest the operative group Easybrain to Miniclip. The regulatory approvals required to close the transaction have now been obtained.

Under the transaction agreement Embracer and Miniclip shall now proceed to closing of the transaction within ten business days.

Embracer will publish a separate press release as soon as closing has been completed.
