Embracer Group is, as previously communicated, working on partnership- and licensing deals with several industry partners that are considered jointly transformative. A notable range of outcomes from these deals has previously been expected to be completed during the financial year 2022/23. Negotiations are progressing according to plan in terms of scope. However, Embracer Group now expects that these deals are not likely to be completed in Q4 FY 2022/23, but instead in Q1 FY 2023/24 (April-June 2023).
Additional information will be announced no later than in connection with the interim report Q4 FY 2022/23, which will be released on 24 May 2023.
