The nomination committee of Embracer Group AB (“Embracer Group”) has in accordance with the audit and sustainability committee’s recommendation resolved to propose PwC as new auditor at the annual general meeting 2023. PwC has notified that Magnus Svensson Henryson will be proposed as main responsible auditor.
The nomination committee of Embracer Group proposes, in accordance with the audit and sustainability committee’s recommendation, that the audit firm PwC is elected as new auditor at the annual general meeting 2023. PwC has notified that Magnus Svensson Henryson will be proposed as the main responsible auditor.
The proposal to change is made since the nomination committee and the audit and sustainability committee are of the opinion that Embracer Group has had the same auditor during a long time. Embracer Group has up to and including the financial year 2022/2023 had EY as auditor.
Embracer Group’s annual general meeting 2023 is to be held on 21 September 2023 where the proposal to elect PwC will be presented for decision which is made by the shareholders at the meeting.
