Whistleblowing

We want to do what is right – Our whistleblower function

Embracer Group encourages its Employees, business partners, suppliers and other external contacts to notify us if they have identified a serious problem or have serious suspicions of fraud, corruption, harassment or similar irregularities within the Group’s operations. The Employees, and also third parties have an important role in giving notice if they suspect something that is contrary to Embracer Group’s Code of Conduct/ Supplier Code of Conduct and other policies as well as laws and regulations. This gives us an opportunity to prevent but also correct if something has gone wrong.

In the first instance, the whistleblower is asked to turn to their local contact person at Embracer, alternatively if the whistleblower is an employee to their local manager or HR-manager/local Compliance Officer, alternatively to the following person at Embracer Group:

Ian Gulam, Chief of Staff, Legal & Governance
Tel: +46 72 857 70 17, email: ian.gulam@embracer.com

Other notifiers should report directly via the communication channel. To ensure that all suspicions are raised, Embracer provides a secure channel for anonymous reporting. The channel is provided by an external operator, WhistleB and is not traceable. Reporting through the anonymous channel is done by submitting a report on the following website, report.whistleb.com/en/embracer.

The persons appointed by Embracer Group, responsible for incoming whistleblower matters to Embracer’s global reporting channel are:

Ian Gulam, Chief of Staff, Legal & Governance
Tel: +46 72 857 70 17, email: ian.gulam@embracer.com

Atieh Jardenäs, Head of Governance & Compliance Legal
Tel +46 70 694 44 49, email: atieh.jardenas-riazi@embracer.com
